  • Getting here by Car
    From downtown:  Take Rt 33 and exit at the Bailey Ave exit, turn left (North) off the exit.  Theatre will be on the right hand side a little past Kensington Ave.

    From Main St:  Turn south on Bailey Ave (toward the city), Theatre will be on the left, just past Minnesota Ave.

  • Getting here by Bus
    The 19 and 13 bus routes are both a 4 minute walk from the theatre.  Check the bus schedule for more accurate routes.
  • Getting here by Taxi
     3165 Bailey Ave.  Let taxi driver know the theatre is on Bailey Ave between Kensington and Minnesota.

How can I get to the venue?

We are located at 3165 Bailey Ave, Buffalo New York, in between East Amherst St and Berkshire Ave Ave.  If you’re coming from downtown via Route 33, take the Bailey Avenue exit and turn left.

What about parking?

Click here  for off street parking locations.  We also offer valet parking service, unless stated otherwise.

Can I get a refund on my tickets?

All ticket sales are final.  We do not offer refunds.

What payment types do you accept?

Payment types are dependent on the event.  Most event tickets can be purchased directly on our website with all credit card types accepted.
